หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
- Provide insights from HR trends and research applied to initiatives or interventions to improve HR system.
- Design, implement and monitor the progress of HR policy application, practice and process.
- Develop and maintain HR guidelines, tools, and digital platform (STAR application).
- Organize Executive meetings on HR-related agenda and follow-up progression Coordinate and lead on HR reporting to senior management, and internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in managing high-confidential data of senior to executive level in scope of HR management e.g. Performance & Rewarding, Compensation & Benefits, Talent & Succession planning.
- Coordinate in organizing Executive meetings on HR-related agenda and follow-up progression.
คุณสมบัติ:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information technology, Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields.
- Achieved a minimum GPA of 2.7 for Undergraduate and 3.3 for Post-graduate studies.
- Good communication in both spoken and written English (required TOEIC at least 550).
- Having a minimum 3 years of professional working experience including strategic HR management ,OD preferably in an international organization, conglomerate or diversified businesses and/or consulting firm.
- Having critical thinking skills and ability to identify assumptions and propose logical arguments.
- Adapt to change with flexibility, able to be reserved, in control and good humored even under pressure
- Ability to work effectively with others showing leadership and followership with the right balance to achieve organization outcome
